Our firm is looking for a Change Management Consultant (process review and process design/optimization) with MS Dynamics experience for a five (5) months contract in Ontario.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a process review and process design/optimization of the adjudicative and non-adjudicative business processes to identify opportunities to:

o Increase Business Efficiency 

o Minimize Low Value Activities 

o Increase Process Standardization 

o Identify new opportunities to innovate and leverage Technology/AI 

o Incorporate process design principles that allow for process flexibility to proactively address future needs. 

o Leverage the existing business process maps and process mapping framework to the extent possible 

• Elicit and draft the business / functional and non-functional specifications for a new Microsoft Azure based solution that includes Microsoft Dynamics as the foundation, augmented with other Microsoft low-code-no-code solutions, to replace Pivotal and other legacy systems and meet the adjudicative and non-adjudicative needs. 

Qualifications

• Experience eliciting and documenting business/functional requirements and reviewing/optimizing processes for a case management solution in a tribunal/judicial or regulatory environment. 
• Certified in MS Dynamics (e.g. Engineer, Architect, or Functional Consultant).
