This company has been highly recognized as one of the country’s Top Talent Agencies. They are looking to continue their success with the addition of a Business Development Manager.
JOB:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be prospecting and hunting new business for different verticals with a focus on marketing, technology, and creative staffing.
They have worked with clients as big as Amazon, Disney, and Microsoft. In this position, you will drive business through prospecting, in-person meetings, networking events, and conferences. This role will be great for someone who is hungry, has strong negotiation skills, and has a track record of closing new business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree
· 2+ years selling professional staffing services
· PREFERRED - Experience staffing Graphic Designers, Project Managers, Web Designers, Digital Marketing Managers, etc.
· MUST be a hunter, comfortable closing new partnerships with companies
· If located in SF, required to visit office 1x/month
