This company has been highly recognized as one of the country’s Top Talent Agencies. They are looking to continue their success with the addition of a Business Development Manager.
JOB:
As a Business Development Manager you will be running a full sales cycle from prospect to close. You will have the ability to prospect Nationwide into a variety of industries, with a focus on marketing, technology, and creative staffing. They have worked with clients as big as Amazon, Disney, and Microsoft. In this position, you will drive business through prospecting, in-person meetings, networking events, and conferences. This role will be great for someone who is hungry, has strong negotiation skills, and has a track record of closing new business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree
· 3+ years selling professional staffing services
· PREFERRED - experience working on roles or solutions within creative staffing
· MUST be a hunter and comfortable closing new partnerships
· MUST live in or near San Francisco (hybrid work environment)
BENEFITS:
· $120-130k base, $140k-160k OTE (uncapped commissions)
