As the company's sales team grows, they are looking to hire a remote sales professional who will focus on generating new customers in the commercial real estate sector.
THE JOB
As a remote full-cycle sales contributor, you will be responsible for growing sales with multi-location commercial properties in need of consolidated waste management services.
This job involves targeting Enterprise-level firms through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking, and referrals. Some leads will be provided by the SDR team. After running a discovery call, you will lead a demo to lead the prospective customer into contract negotiations. The majority of contracts are signed on multi-year terms. After successfully closing a new customer, you will work with the customer success team to hand off the new account and upsell/expand if necessary. Anticipate 25% travel in this role for networking events and in-person client meetings.
