As they continue to set the tone another 100 years, they are looking to grow their team and expand into some new markets, bring in a Business Development Manager in the Greater Des Moines area to deliver the same high level service that has been a cornerstone of their company.


JOB:

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be tasked with landing and expanding a protected territory in Greater Des Moines area. You'll be tasked with the full-cycle sales process which includes prospecting new partnerships with commercial kitchens grocery chains, schools, hospitals, and cafeterias. This role requires someone who has the desire to be in the field rubbing elbows with the end-users, building new relationships, and has a track record of persistence with agility. Self-starting competitors with the will to win and high level of coachability have an excellent track record of succeeding in this role. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years territory sales in the field or relevant experience
  • Proven sales quota achievement for high volume of activity
  • Strong ability to prospect new customers and track record of closing
  • Highly level organization and utilization of a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Must have a valid driver's license and meet MVR requirements
  • Must be able to pass and pre-employment drug and background check
  • Must be in the Greater Des Moines area

  • $50-55k base DOE, $95k OTE at quota - uncapped commissions and incremental bonuses (Top performers 6 figures plus)
