THE JOB:
We are seeking a Sales Supervisor for our Call Center, reporting directly to the Sales Director. This is a brand-new role, aimed at allowing the Sales Director to transition into more strategic work, such as focusing on sales process improvement, partnerships, growth, and training. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of 7+ sales representatives. Our company is mission-driven, compassionate, and focused on teamwork, integrity, and accountability.
