THE JOB:
We are seeking a Sales Supervisor for our Call Center, reporting directly to the Sales Director. This is a brand-new role, aimed at allowing the Sales Director to transition into more strategic work, such as focusing on sales process improvement, partnerships, growth, and training. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of 7+ sales representatives. Our company is mission-driven, compassionate, and focused on teamwork, integrity, and accountability. We envision significant growth in the coming years, with the potential for this role to lead multiple teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, maturity, and accountability to the sales team
- Oversee administrative tasks, sales meetings, and paperwork
- Conduct continuous training and development for the sales team
- Drive the sales process, prospecting, and customer engagement
THE QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of call center leadership experience
- Experience in coaching and developing sales teams
- Ability to manage administrative tasks effectively
