Sales Executive / New Business Development - Indianapolis


Job Summary (Outside B2B Sales)

As a leading provider of advanced uniform and mat service programs and solutions, we're seeking an experienced Regional/Territory Sales professional located in the Indianapolis market. The sales executive is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, developing, and securing new customer accounts. Top performers will work both remotely and/or from our corporate office to develop customers products and services in manufacturing, warehouse/distribution, healthcare and commercial service industries. 


* Sales team members will also be supported by a targeted marketing campaign & Inside Sales for lead generation/appointment setting.  

* This is a field sales role so once you are out of training you only need to be in-office (1 - 2 times per week typically) 


Compensation & Benefits:

$50,000 - $60,000 Base Salary (DOE) + Uncapped Commissions

* 1st Year OTE = $80,000 - $85,000

Role Requirements

The sales executive role requires 2+ years of proven territory sales experience and success in new business development in a B2B or contract-based sales environment. Top Performers must prospect, qualify, develop, and effectively influence key decision makers utilizing “warm” introductory calls, emails, targeted marketing efforts, social networking (LinkedIn) to build your network of prospects and customers. The most critical component of success in this role is NEW sales revenue growth in a regional territory.


Primary Responsibilities

This is a NEW business development role. Top performance requires a results-oriented, self-directed, competitive sales professional with a persistent, active, targeted approach to prospecting, qualifying and developing new customers.  

  • 75%- New Business Development-New Customer Development- prospecting, qualifying, developing, and securing NEW customers to grow and saturate the territory.
  • 25%- Service Support and AdministrationWorking with service to develop leads, track results, reporting, territory strategy, planning, proposals, and sales administration activities.
