JOB:

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Land Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with the President and team members to manage land acquisition processes, conduct competitive market analysis, and build relationships with key stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying potential land for development, securing acquisition opportunities with land owners and developers to support the company's growth and development projects. Our client is looking for a go-getter with an entrepreneurial spirit who is committed to learning and developing with the company for years to come.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 3-5 years of experience within Land Acquisition or Real Estate Preferred
• Experience with sourcing and securing land is highly preferred
• Must be willing and able to travel, if required
• Must live in/near Lake Oswego
