Regional Sales Executive - Flexible Packaging 

We are a 50+ year old flexible packaging distributor headquartered in beautiful California! Primarily focused on the agricultural industry, our services range from bulk orders of polypropylene bags to fully customized supply chain solutions. We differentiate ourselves from the competition by bringing decades of industry expertise, long-standing relationships with high quality manufacturers, and nationwide distribution. With only 45 employees, we maintain a "small company feel" while offering "big company" capabilities. 

We are currently looking for an experienced professional to generate and manage sales in the Northern California territory. This geography will include the major Cities such as Sacramento & San Jose, as well as the rural sections closer to the eastern borders. Regional Sales Executives are expected to prospect for new business, work remotely while traveling, plan and execute strategies to grow existing accounts, and communicate openly with leadership. New RSEs will work closely with ownership and tenured employees for several months, including multiple trips within the territory and face-to-face introductions to clientele. 

Some other basics include:

- 70k - 90k Base Salary

- 100k+ Total first year OTE, 150k+ after 2-3 years

- 50%+ Travel

- Company Vehicle and Expense account

Ideal candidates will have:

- 3+ Years of B2B outside sales experience

- Experience managing a multi-state territory

- History of exceeding quotas and generating new business

- Commodity or packaging sales experience

- Valid drivers license
