About the Role


As a Field Sales Rep, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers within a local Texas territory. You will do so through the following:


  1. Identify and prospect potential customers face-to-face and virtually
  2. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  3. Conduct in-person meetings and product presentations to showcase the value of our offerings.
  4. Develop tailored sales strategies and proposals to address each prospect's unique needs and challenges.
  5. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure new customer agreements.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to position our products effectively.
  7. Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
  8. Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  9. Meet and exceed sales quotas and targets while consistently expanding the customer base.
  10. Upload and track sales activities and contacts into Salesforce CRM


Requirements


  • Minimum 5 years overall b2b sales experience
  • Must have prior sales experience in the commercial signage industry or a related b2b construction services field
  • Field sales experience is required
  • Must have experience working with CRM systems and/or other technology platforms
  • Skilled and experienced at selling to senior executives within medium to large enterprises
  • Skilled at cold-calling, identifying and qualifying prospects, and contract negotiation
  • Highly motivated and driven with a proactive approach
  • Must be willing and able to travel 50%-80% of the time throughout a local Texas region
  • Valid Drivers License


Compensation and Benefits


-$70k-$80k salary (dependent upon experience)

-Potential to earn $50k-$75k+ in additional commissions in year 1
