JOB:

In this role, you will work very closely with the director of sales to help train new sales reps and improve the performance of existing reps. You will be responsible for training Business Development Reps out in the field and within the office. Responsibilities will include tracking sales metrics, completing role plays, update training materials, and provide recommendations to the Director of Sales to ensure BDR's success. You will oversee BDR reps in each market (Seattle, Portland/Salem, Denver & Phoenix).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree preferred
• 5+ years of Outside Sales Experience (preferred)
• 3+ years of sales leadership and sales training
• Competitive attitude and drive for success
• Must be able to travel 1-2 weeks per month
• Must live in/near Seattle - In-Office position when not in the field
