They specialize in outdoor, hunting, and shooting sports products, proudly maintaining a nationwide presence and earning a distinguished reputation as industry leaders. Today they are in search of a Sales Manager to spearhead their inside sales team, consisting of approximately 80 Account Executives and 6 Sales Coaches. The ideal candidate will bring a vast amount of experience & knowledge in overseeing sales departments, mentoring diverse teams, and propelling the organization's success.
THE JOB:
As the Call Center Sales Manager, one must possess the ability to excel in a dynamic environment, all while maintaining a positive demeanor. This will position you as an integral member of the Leadership team. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and guide our Sales Coaches and teams of Account Executives in achieving their activity objectives by implementing our sales methodology, identifying sales opportunities, nurturing lasting customer relationships, and recognizing buying cues. Moreover, your role will include contributing to the Sales Management Team's efforts to formulate recommendations and strategic sales plans, drawing upon metrics, business insights, and market trends.
