Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 base salary, plus commission or bonus incentive


Job Description:


We are a successful packaging distributor supporting customers all over the United States. We offer a wide range of custom solutions and work carefully with our customers to make sure their needs are met every time and on time. We’re looking to expand significantly and seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Vacaville, CA. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will report directly to the VP of Sales and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for the company. Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting for new customers, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.


Key Responsibilities:


- Prospect for new customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.

- Contact and nurture relationships with existing customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

- Collaborate with the VP of Sales to develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including sales quotas, conversion rates, and customer retention goals.


Qualifications:


- 2 or more years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the packaging industry.

- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
