THE JOB:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join the branch in Seattle, Washington. The Inside Sales Representative will assist in Inbound lead initiatives to achieve departmental goals aligned with The Company's strategic focus. This is a full-time role in the office Monday to Friday.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally manage inbound sales inquiries.
  • Make outbound prospecting and follow-up calls as directed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to create timely, complete sales proposals.
  • Manage web-based lead sources.
  • Complete daily sales paperwork and maintain lead/project files.
  • Process company registrations and pre-qualifications.
  • Update sales pipeline and daily activity in Salesforce
  • Manage inventory logs and other required reports.
  • Assist senior management with executive-level RFPs.
  • Provide market knowledge for management planning and budgeting.
  • Support Sales Department with marketing and reporting for domestic dealer products.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and updates.
  • Develop positive customer rapport for long-term relationships.
  • Prepare and distribute customer surveys for all projects.


THE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Self-motivated, organized problem solver with the ability to manage multiple demands.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain high-quality relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com.
  • Aspires to build a sales career in a growing global organization.
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience.
  • MUST Reside in the Seattle Area.
