Our client is a well-regarded financial technology company that strives to make lending easier for large corporate capital equipment purchases, such as corporate jets, earth-moving machines, cranes, semi-trucks, farm equipment, and similar big-ticket items. They are dedicated to disrupting e-commerce by designing financial technology that unlocks a free flow of capital and opportunity for their customers.


THE JOB:

Our client is looking for a relationship representative to aid interested companies close on capital equipment loans, focusing on increasing the monthly sales volume. This is NOT a hunting role! Our client has a tremendous volume of inbound inquiries and needs someone to work with these borrowers to finalize their loan in such a way that the borrowers are inclined to return with repeat business. This role comes with tons of training and support, and is intended to allow people to learn and increase their SaaS / FinTech sales experience.

  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Engage with inbound customers and help complete their financing requests
  • Create customer loyalty and return business
  • Meet and exceed given sales quotas
  • Serve as customers’ primary point of contact, establishing long-lasting relationships


THE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree (preferably in finance or a similar degree)
  • 1 year of prior professional sales experience
  • Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role


BENEFITS:

  • Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions
  • $85k to $100k+ OTE in Y1 ($150k+ in Y2/3)
