THE JOB

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding market share and developing new client relationships. This position is based in Portland and reports directly to the VP of Sales, with a dotted line to the General Manager. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities and building long-term partnerships.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Live in or within close proximity to Portland, OR
• 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in sectors like fasteners, casting, or injection molding
• High technical aptitude and a strong understanding of product life cycles
• Self-motivated with excellent research and communication skills
