Position: Sales Leader - Critical Power Division

Job Description:


As part of an expanding initiative, we are seeking a Sales Leader to drive the sales of maintenance and service agreements within our existing customer base. This role will focus on mid-sized accounts across a large section of the U.S., where almost every account not managed by a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) or National Account Manager (NAM) presents an opportunity. The Sales Leader will work remotely from a home office, setting up meetings with existing and potential clients, conducting on-site evaluations, and closing deals.


Travel & Work Environment:


This position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S. with access to airports. Expect approximately 50-75% travel, with significant autonomy in managing your travel schedule.


Profile:


- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or related field.

- Experience in high-travel roles is highly preferred, though not mandatory.

- Ideal candidates are early in their career trajectory, demonstrating rapid advancement and typically hailing from reputable companies.

- Previous experience in UPS systems or service contract sales is a significant advantage.


Compensation:


- Competitive salary ranging from $160,000 to $170,000

- Additional incentive structure, potentially up to 25% of target.

- Vehicle package likely included.
