THE JOB:
As a vital member of the Marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in advancing the company’s business development initiatives by delivering innovative graphic design solutions for company marketing materials, communications, and presentations. This position will heavily contribute to proposal preparation in collaboration with the proposal lead, maintaining the company’s website, and managing it's presence across relevant social media platforms.
Other responsibilities include ensuring consistency with corporate branding and graphic standards across all marketing materials including report covers, banners, ads, and other print materials, creating visuals for all marketing channels including RFP's and RFQ's, print media, websites, and social media platforms, strategizing and implementing social media campaigns to expand online visibility and engage audiences, capturing relevant photographs of employees, job sites, and company events as needed or coordinate professional photography for completed projects, and manage the photo catalog. Our client is looking for a person who is looking to find their long term home and grow in this position to be a leader for a full marketing department.
This is a full time IN OFFICE role Monday to Friday with potential for remote/hybrid work based on performance.
