They've received multiple awards recognizing their ability to guide consumers to the best products and services available today, with over 200 million people each month engaging with their network of tech and lifestyle media brands.

The team is now ready to hire a sales leader in the Portland area who will coach a team of 7 media sales representatives.

THE JOB:

In this sales leadership role, you will be responsible for successfully coaching and developing a high-performing Commerce Partnerships sales team. This team supports their largest media distribution partners (Netflix, Hulu, Apple, ABC News)

Day-to-day you would partner with leadership to build business development strategies and sales training processes while coaching 7 high-performing salespeople.

This is a great opportunity for a media/advertising Sales Leader in the Portland Oregon area with an interest in emerging technology and gaming trends.

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5-10+ years of online media and/or advertising industry experience
• At least 5 years of sales team management experience
• Process-driven, with experience developing sales training processes
• Must live in the Portland, Oregon area, open to working hybrid (remote and in the Portland office)

THE BENEFITS:

• $160-200K+ in earnings = $130-140K Salary + Uncapped Quarterly Commissions
