Our client is very well respected and approaches every project with the utmost care and respect, recognizing the vital role they play in clients' businesses. Our client has seen tremendous growth and success with expansion into 4 other west coast states and is looking for experienced and motivated outside sales representatives to join the Phoenix team in the commercial roofing sector.

THE JOB:

The Outside Sales Representative role is pivotal to continue growth in the Phoenix Metro area. You will be representing the company by developing new business relationships and building long-term customer relationships. On a daily basis, 80% of your day is out in the field. You will reach prospective customers through networking events, golf outings, lunch-and-learns, face-to-face prospecting, and leveraging your network. Some travel will be required to Northern and Southern California, as needed. You will be reporting directly to the founder and CEO. As this is a growing company, the CEO will be seeking to continuously promote from within, leaving this person with many opportunities for advancement.

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 5 years of successful B2B sales experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Highly motivated and goal oriented
• Experience in commercial roofing, construction, home inspection or engineering sales a big plus
