For nearly four decades, our client has been at the forefront of developing application software catering to construction earthwork, production tracking, and civil mobile apps.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced sales manager with a focus on technology to expand our global business beyond the borders of the USA. The role involves strengthening our distribution channels internationally and collaborating with our direct sales teams outside the USA.
JOB:
As the International Channel Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead and oversee the global sales activities. This includes developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets, expanding our market presence, and nurturing strong relationships with clients and partners globally. You will work closely with various teams to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction while identifying, and expanding channels to increase our footprint outside the USA, particularly in regions like the UK, Australia, and Canada where we have existing direct sales representatives.
Your duties will encompass lead generation, brand development, channel expansion, as well as mentoring, leading/managing and guiding international sales staff with support from our corporate sales and marketing team. We expect you to have a robust understanding of the heavy construction industry, including its challenges in the field, along with experience in software and grade control technologies. Collaboration with key internal stakeholders such as sales colleagues in different regions, training, R&D, technical support, and marketing teams will be essential.
This role is REMOTE with 25% travel to the company headquarters in California and/or international markets.
