About the Role


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Up-Market Sales Executive to join the team in South Florida area. You will be responsible for prospecting, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities within your local designated territory. Utilizing your exceptional communication and negotiation skills, you will build strong relationships with Enterprise clients, understand their needs, and tailor solutions to meet their objectives. This is an in-field position that allows you to work from home when you're not in the field visiting and presenting to prospective customers.


Requirements


  • 4+ years of HCM software experience required
  • Must be a hunter/new business developer (No Channel or CPA Centric)
  • Solid track record of sales/quota attainment
  • Ability to navigate designated territory to be in the field meeting customers
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Must be located in South Florida (Hollywood, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Boca Raton, West Palm)


Compensation and Benefits


  • $95,000 - $120,000 Base Salary (DOE) + Uncapped Commissions 
  • Total on-target-earnings in year 1 are around $200,000
