Service Sales Manager - Position Summary:
Lead and support a team of Service Sales Representatives (SSRs) in assigned territories. Set and monitor sales targets, provide training and development, and oversee day-to-day operations.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $85,000 to $90,000
- Monthly Car/Gas Allowance: $700

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5+ years of sales or management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and coach SSRs
- Develop individualized development plans for team members
- Support SSRs and customers during absences
- Conduct performance evaluations and PAR sessions
- Set sales targets and ensure goals are met
- Facilitate timely follow-up on repair recommendations
- Collaborate with Operations Department
- Analyze sales data and track performance

Physical Demands:
- Local and occasional long-distance travel
