THE JOB:

The Marketing Proposal Lead plays a crucial role in boosting the Company’s business development by spearheading the RFQ proposal responses, preparing for subsequent interviews, and handling various marketing tasks. The ideal candidate is a skilled and imaginative writer with a keen interest in the Company’s endeavors, capable of converting this knowledge into successful strategies. This is a full time IN OFFICE role Monday to Friday.


Essential Functions:


  • Facilitates the creative development and production of marketing materials, including RFQ/RFP responses, presentations, and other marketing assets.
  • Contributes to the creation of written and graphic strategies for public and private proposals, with the ability to craft compelling narratives about clients, employees, and projects.
  • Develops original proposal content in collaboration with team members, focusing on resumes, organizational charts, and other specialized sections.
  • Formulates interview strategies, coaches, and prepares the project team for successful presentations.
  • Manages and organizes all proposal and marketing data, including information on prospects, clients, competitors, written and visual material references, proposal templates, and other dynamic data within CRM software
  • Willingness to take risks, employing innovative tactics to ensure the Company remains a Top Choice for our clients
  • Supports the general office needs with collateral design and production of items such as report covers, banners, ads, and other design and printing needs


THE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years in the AEC Industry in a marketing role with proposal experience
  • Proficient with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and MS Office
  • Solid writing and editing capabilities with the ability to bring technical data to life
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexible and adaptable to changes to planned tasks or schedule
