Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lighting Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing lighting projects, from conception to completion, with a focus on interior spaces. As a Lighting Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of lighting design and implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive lighting plans and concepts for interior projects, in collaboration with the design team and clients.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of lighting solutions into the overall design.

Client Communication and Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or feedback.
• Conduct site visits and meetings with clients to assess project requirements and present lighting proposals.
• Cultivate strong client relationships, striving to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional customer service.

Vendor and Supplier Coordination:

• Source and liaise with lighting suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors to procure materials and products for projects.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
• Ensure timely delivery of lighting fixtures and materials to meet project timelines.

Quality Control and Installation Oversight:

• Conduct quality inspections throughout the project lifecycle to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship.
• Supervise installation teams to ensure accurate placement and proper functioning of lighting fixtures.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during installation and provide solutions.

Budget Management:

• Develop and maintain project budgets, tracking expenses and costs to ensure projects remain profitable.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings without sacrificing design integrity or quality.
• Prepare and present budget reports to stakeholders, highlighting key financial metrics and project milestones.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Lighting Project Manager, preferably within the interior design or architectural industry.
• In-depth knowledge of lighting design principles, fixtures, and systems.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• UAE driving license and willingness to travel for site visits as needed.
