Role Description:
As a full-time Sales Manager in Dubai, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts to new heights. Your responsibilities will include:
· Sales Management: Leading and managing sales to achieve collective goals.
· Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to penetrate the market, maximize revenue, and achieve business objectives.
· Business Development: Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and expanding our presence in the market.
· Sales Targets: Meeting and exceeding sales targets through proactive sales initiatives and innovative approaches.
· Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
· Location: This is a hybrid role primarily based in Dubai, with flexibility for remote work arrangements.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess 3 years in the contract furniture field, and 5 years in project sales within the UAE, English fluency is a must, and Turkish or Russian is preferable:
· Sales Management Expertise: Proven ability to lead a sales team, develop strategies, and drive business growth.
· Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales targets within the furniture or related industry.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at negotiation and client presentations.
· Customer Focus: Strong customer relationship management skills, with a deep understanding of client needs in the hospitality sector.
· Industry Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality or contract furniture industry is preferred.
· Team Leadership: Ability to inspire and develop a sales team to achieve exceptional results.
· Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is required.
