Job Title: Business Development Manager – Contract Furniture

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Salary: 15 - 20,000 AED per month + commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue business opportunities within the contract furniture sector.
• Drive sales growth by implementing effective communication and negotiation strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with designers, hotel operators, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Plan and conduct weekly site visits to pre-opening venues to identify potential opportunities for our furniture solutions.
• Collaborate with the design team to tailor furniture solutions to client needs and specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to capitalize on new opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in contract furniture sales, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of building and nurturing client relationships, resulting in increased sales and revenue.
• Extensive network and connections within the design and hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial agreements.
• Highly motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and expectations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to business development.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
