Due to continued expansion of their sales team, they are now hiring an experienced Bathrooms Sales Specialist.

You must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays every second weekend.

If you have retail sales experience in bathrooms or tiles and would like to join a business in hyper-growth, this could be the role for you.

Basic salary is negotiable based on industry experience (Up to €55k basic) plus bonuses and commission. 

Role Overview

Working from one of Ireland’s most impressive showrooms, you will be selling to residential customers as well as decision-makers in the construction sector such as Architects, Project Managers, Site Managers, and Builders. 

This is a key role within the business. Achievement of agreed sales targets and customer service delivery targets will be critical to ongoing success.  

Key Responsibilities

·              Anticipate customer needs and bring their ideas to life creatively and with passion

·              Producing appropriate quotes in line with customer budgets

·              Sales of bathrooms and tiles to retail customers and the commercial /trade sector.

·              Delivery of excellence in customer service through agreed KPIs and metrics.

·              Assist in the maintenance of agreed showroom displays, showroom quality, and appearance levels.

Key Skills/Experience

·        Outstanding communicator and team player with excellent interpersonal skills

·        Well presented with a friendly demeanour

·        Proven sales track record in bathroom sector retail sales (2 years minimum)

·        Excellent IT skills

·        Highly level of organisation and time management skills

·        Basic salary negotiable based on experience – Up to €55k for experienced industry sales professionals with a proven track record of outstanding sales
