Friday: 7:30 - 4pm

With over 400 employees they are recognised as a leading Company in the industry and supply general and specialist building materials, timber, and hardware to the construction trade, the DIY sector and the general public.
Role Purpose
The Internal Sales Representative will play a fundamental role providing excellent customer service. As part of a small but efficient team, you will connect with all aspects of the business including Buying, Haulage, Suppliers and Sales. This role includes responding to customer needs ensuring these are carried out efficiently and effectively in line with Company Standards to both established and new customers. This role provides support to the External Sales Representatives and you will work very closely with them to follow up on sales. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to develop their skills and experience and play a vital role in our continued success.

Ideal Candidate
If you have some experience in a similar industry and you are familiar with supporting a busy Sales Team, you will be a highly desirable candidate for this role. You will have excellent PC skills, be quick and efficient and replying to emails, updating the system, preparing quotations and following up on live issues. You will enjoy dealing with a lot of different stakeholders, from ordering product from suppliers, arranging deliveries with haulage, following up on sales with the Sales Team, interacting with customers and key accounts and building strong relationships with the internal team in the Branch, like the Trade Counter.
