Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 10am – 6pm | Sundays and Bank Holidays - 12pm to 6pm

Every second weekend required (Saturday and Sunday)

Reporting to: General Manager

Our Client: Our client is one of Ireland’s most recognisable luxury kitchen brands. With a discerning customer profile, and a state-of-the-art showroom, they are now looking for an experienced Senior Kitchen Designer who can create a showroom experience for customers that gives them unrivalled customer care and striking designs, whilst always having the drive to exceed sales targets. They are committed to supporting new employees to achieve their targets, reach their potential and to ultimately help them to be successful in their role. For the new incumbent in this role, the company will support them with guaranteed commission on top of a basic annual salary for the first year, whilst you build your sales pipeline and establish yourself in the business. Commission is uncapped with an extremely generous structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out Kitchen design consultations with customers who will include Homeowners, Architects, Designers and Contractors
• Meeting sales revenue targets by delivering high conversion rates
• Anticipate customer needs and bring their ideas to life creatively and with passion
• Producing appropriate quotes in line with customer budgets
• Maintaining the highest possible standards for the showroom in terms of its’ appearance

Qualifications and Skills

• Experienced in using a CAD based software or modern kitchen design software package
• You must have at least 2 years’ experience in kitchen sales
• Proven sales track record meeting and exceeding targets

·        You will be able to deliver superb customer service skills and set the highest standards for others to follow

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
