Tactical Talent Recruitment is Ireland’s only specialist recruitment agency for the Kitchens, Bathrooms, and Hardware sectors. We are currently hiring an experienced Sales Administrator for our client, a premium Bathrooms sector business, based in Dublin’s Southside.

Please note that you will be required to work at locations in both Sandyford and Dún Laoghaire, supporting the company’s sales and warehouse teams. Own transport is required.

Role Overview

You will work as part of a small office-based team and collaborate closely with warehouse staff, and the sales team as well as suppliers and customers. You will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is a Monday to Friday role, 8.30am to 5pm.

Key Responsibilities

·        Dealing with incoming inquiries from customers regarding orders, deliveries, and requests for quotations

·        Update and maintain accurate records in the company database/CRM

•    Order processing

·        Processing goods in/out of warehouse in conjunction with the Warehouse Manager

• Scheduling deliveries and managing logistics
• Managing stock levels efficiently and managing customer’s expectations on delivery lead times at a time when supply chains are stretched
• Handle order processing through phone and email.
• Manage the processing of incoming and outgoing goods.

Person Profile

·        Strong IT Skills including CRM, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and CRM Software (Full training will be provided on CRM software used)

·        Strong Sales Administration Experience with a strong focus on order processing

·        Excellent time management and organisational skills

·        Bathrooms or construction sector experience is a distinct advantage 

• Excellent attention to detail and good with numbers

The Package

Basic salary up to €35k - Depending on experience (Bathrooms/Heating & Plumbing Sector is ideal)
