Currently seeking an experienced Land Planner/Landscape Architect with experience in hillside master planning and an understanding of land development. This ideal candidate thrives in an environment of collaboration and demonstrates a high degree of creativity. We are interested in hearing from driven individuals with 5+ years of experience, who have Civil 3d, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Adobe Creative Suite experience.

 
This role entails:

•  Performing community/land planning assignments under the supervision and direction of the Community Planning Design Partner
• Coordinating the preparation of design presentations
• Coordinating with consultants on a wide variety of design-related issues
• Relating design concepts to zoning ordinances and other external entities
• Managing all aspects of project development
• Assisting the Design Partner in all phases and aspects of project design and coordination

Candidates shall meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Planning, Civil Engineering, or similar, from an accredited university.
• 5+ years Land Planning experience, with some experience in Civil Engineering.
• Working knowledge of issues related to planning, urban design, and landscape architecture.
• The ability to understand and communicate with professionals of other disciplines.
• Experience with technical detailing.
• Working knowledge of current design software, including Civil 3d, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and Sketchup. Revit, Rhino, Land FX, and other 3D modeling/rendering platforms are a plus but not required.
