audiochuck is looking for an Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support our executive and operations team. 


This is a full-time onsite, in-person position located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

About the role:

As Executive Assistant & Office Manager, you will provide high-level administrative support that will include managing calendars and scheduling, handling correspondence, and coordinating various operational duties in a way that helps our executives do their best work. Doing this will require your best work.

  • The ability to maintain a multiplicity of projects and responsibilities at the same time
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and use discretion when communicating sensitive information internally and externally
  • 2+ years of experience providing executive administrative support for senior executives
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change directions and adjust to new situations
  • Openness to feedback and willingness to be a team player

What you’ll do:

  • Comprehensively and proactively manage the calendars for the audiochuck executive team
  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements as needed
  • Manage package delivery and daily mail
  • Work alongside the Chief of Staff to streamline office operations
  • Assist in various HR duties, as needed
  • Contribute to internal event planning and strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate with office vendors to ensure appropriate alignment and execution
