About Our Next Sales Ops Manager:
audiochuck is ready to take our sales and advertising operations to the next level! We are seeking a proactive and passionate professional to truly own and manage our key stakeholder and advertiser relationships as well as our ads process from end to end. We are looking for someone to analyze ad placement and sales data, identify industry and partner trends, and provide insights to enhance ad partnership strategies. This person will also be responsible for aligning sales operations with overall business objectives, \and facilitating communication between sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to maximize ad performance and listener satisfaction.
What this role will bring to the table:

Sales and Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of sales and marketing strategies to help identify potential partners, tailor offerings, and effectively promote partnership initiatives.

Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with partners are essential. Experience in sales, business development, or account management is preferred.

Communication Expertise: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial. Partnership managers need to convey ideas clearly, negotiate terms, and address any concerns that may arise.

Negotiation Skills: Experience in negotiating terms, agreements, and contracts to ensure that partnerships are established on favorable terms for both parties.

What You’ll Do:

Ad Execution Management: Manage the ad process from beginning to end - including vetting advertisers, ensuring buyin from ad agency and hosts/talent, facilitating ad recordings and ensuring ad audio delivery

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance against targets, and provide insights to sales leadership for informed decision-making. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to monitor key metrics and performance indicators.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and collaboration on initiatives that impact sales processes and outcomes.

Budget and Resource Management: Participate in budget planning and resource allocation discussions, ensuring that sales operations have the necessary resources to function effectively.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales operations to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the sales organization.
