About our next Fan Engagement Specialist:

audiochuck is looking for a Fan Engagement Specialist to take our fan interactions to the next level. In this role, you'll manage and execute fan engagement efforts for our weekly and seasonal content. Collaborate with various teams, respond to inquiries across channels, and help create a unique fan experience. What you will bring to the table: 

  • Technical savvy and the ability to quickly transition between platforms 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel 
  • Proficiency in using social media to engage and interact with people 
  • Ability to reply to 100+ emails per day while engaging on other platforms 
  • Strong written communication with a quick and accurate typing speed 
  • 1+ years of experience in a high-interaction customer service environment 
  • Proven ability to proactively engage with customers through social media 
  • A genuine desire to create a unique experience for customers 
  • An appreciation for audiochuck’s content and advocacy work

What You’ll Do: 

  • Daily listener engagement
  • Foster customer loyalty and excitement
  • Advocate for customers, tracking and relaying feedback
  • Respond to customer emails, comments, and messages across platforms
  • Monitor and update team on customer responses to new content
  • Manage customer engagement initiatives, including merchandise and fan club activities
  • Collaborate with merchandise coordinator and marketing manager on launches and promotions
  • Assist in managing Crime Junkie Fan Club App, addressing inquiries, technical issues, and comments.
