In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving production efficiency, quality control, and profitability while fostering a positive and safety-conscious work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production processes, meet customer demands, and achieve company goals.
• Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, inventory management, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Lead a team of manufacturing professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
• Manage budgets and develop cost-saving strategies to maximize profitability.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including engineering, sales, and purchasing.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and technological advancements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in manufacturing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role.
• Proven track record of success in achieving production goals, improving efficiency, and reducing costs.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, etc.).
• Experience in implementing and maintaining quality control programs.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
