Accounts Receivable Manager needed!

Our client is searching for a highly motivated and organized Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee all aspects of A/R operations. In this role, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth flow of cash into the company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the Accounts Receivable team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Track and forecast revenue and cash flow, managing a rapidly increasing volume of customers and invoices.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize A/R processes and maximize collections.
• Coordinate with the Revenue Operations Team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
• Analyze customer accounts, identify potential delinquencies, and implement collection procedures.
• Negotiate payment terms and resolve disputes with customers professionally.
• Monitor and reconcile A/R accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare detailed reports on A/R performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide support and training to the A/R team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in an Accounts Receivable Manager or Supervisor role.
• Proven track record of improving A/R efficiency and collections.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Netsuite, SAP).
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
