Pinnacle Careers is helping a fast-growing business management firm find a highly motivated and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth financial operation of their business and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full accounting cycle for clients, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized general ledger system using accounting software (experience with QuickBooks a plus).
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures and year-end adjustments.
  • Generate and track reports to support financial analysis and decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date on accounting regulations and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding their financial matters.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel a must).
  • Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
