We're seeking a forward-thinking Data Architect to spearhead the design and development of enterprise-level data systems crucial for our analytical and operational demands. This role entails crafting resilient, scalable data structures and integration workflows, with a focus on AWS technologies like Glue and Redshift. The Senior Data Architect will ensure data integrity, accessibility, and security organization-wide. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance data architectures to support enterprise-level analytics and business intelligence objectives.
• Define comprehensive strategies for data storage, movement, and management across diverse formats, including CSV, XML, PDF, JSON, Parquets, and dataframes.
• Architect solutions seamlessly integrating with AWS services, emphasizing AWS Glue for ETL processes and Amazon Redshift for data warehousing.
• Evaluate and adopt innovative database technologies and tools to ensure the architecture remains cutting-edge and cost-efficient.
• Collaborate with ETL developers, data engineers, and BI developers to streamline workflows from data ingestion to insight generation.
• Establish and uphold data governance and quality standards, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with security and privacy regulations.
• Lead initiatives to enhance database and data pipeline scalability, performance, and resilience.
• Provide architectural blueprints and technical leadership to the development team, guiding them through implementation phases.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Data Architect, Data Engineer, or in a similar data management role.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing data solutions in AWS, with a deep understanding of AWS Glue, Amazon Redshift, and other AWS data services as well as FastAPIs.
• Experience handling various data formats such as CSV, XML, PDF, JSON, Parquets, and familiarity with dataframes and their manipulation.
• Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases, data architecture strategies, and data modeling.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of identifying business needs and translating them into technical solutions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing senior management decisions.
