CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Over 10 years of experience in delivering enterprise-level SaaS products, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience managing integrations or iPaaS frameworks.
• Expert-level proficiency in Node.js.
• Experience with an Independent SW Vendor (ISV) company in the past.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects from inception through multiple major release cycles.
• Skilled in developing no-code/low-code platforms is plus.
• Experienced in partnering with Product Management to define requirements, scope projects, and lead teams to fulfill commitments.
• Collaborates effectively with Customer Success teams to address and resolve customer issues.
• Adept at leading technical discussions and contributing to the design and architecture of pragmatic, maintainable solutions that deliver customer value.
• This is an active, hands-on role in a startup environment where close product involvement is essential.
• Equipped with a startup mentality and a bias for action, comfortable in fast-paced settings, leading engineers through ambiguity and prioritizing effectively to achieve measurable progress.
