Our client is hiring a Jira Service Management expert to assist in the migration of two Jira and Jira Service Management environments into one.


This is a project based contract role with the possibility to extend for support once the project is compete.



JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Configure and customize Jira Service Management to enhance the efficiency of the IT service desk.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and resolve incidents, issues, and service requests.
  • Provide training and support to team members for effective use of Jira Service Management.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for performance monitoring and decision-making.



JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in Jira Service Management administration or a related role.
  • Experience migrating one or many Jira Service Management instances into a single instance.
  • In-depth knowledge of Jira Service Management, including configuration and workflow customization.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
