Our client is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager with proven success in higher ed. Responsible for driving net new pipeline, accelerating deals, and promoting cross-sell/upsell programs. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on program creation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and articulate a unique value proposition
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign execution processes
  • Conduct market research on personas and products
  • Lead, coach, and grow the campaign execution team
  • Coordinate improvements across marketing channels
  • Develop project plans and ensure timely completion
  • Monitor and report on key metrics
  • Enhance database engagement
  • Guide lead flow process in collaboration with Sales Operations and Product teams
  • Implement and optimize campaign tracking
  • Document processes and communicate improvements
  • Integrate inbound and outbound programs and events
  • Ensure alignment with current pipeline needs

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing management experience
  • Experience using AI tools for marketing and/or research
  • Experience writing prompts for AI tools
  • Self-directed with strong communication skills
  • Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Proficient in collaboration tools
  • Strong presentation abilities
  • Ability to balance competing priorities
