JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Back-end Developer to play a pivotal role in enhancing our SaaS Mobility Management platform. The perfect fit for this role will be someone with an in-depth knowledge of the Ruby programming language and related frameworks, as well as familiarity with Agile development methods, AWS, GitHub, GraphQL, and REST APIs on a large-scale development team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as a senior developer for our SaaS Management platform.
• Engage with a varied range of stakeholders, including teams from Product, Tech Services.
• Work with a technology stack that encompasses AWS, Ruby (including Rails), Sinatra, Vue, PostgreSQL, Sidekiq, GraphQL, Terraform, and Redis.
• Apply your high-efficiency work ethic and self-motivation to produce top-quality code for the SaaS Telecom Expense Management sector.
• Offer valuable feedback and mentorship to junior developers, aiding in their professional growth.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Highly skilled with over 8 years of recent experience in software development, including a minimum of 5 years specializing in Ruby on Rails.
• Proficient with more than 3 years of experience in PostgreSQL.
• Previous systems design or architecture experience is a bonus.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
• Aptitude for teamwork in a dynamic, agile development setting.
• Preferably, prior experience in areas like Billing, Reporting, Telecom, or Expense Management Systems.
