Job Summary: 

Join our growing team! We are an established brand in the Casual Dining Restaurant Industry and continue to grow. We are looking for a Director of Franchise Sales who will report to the President to continue growth plans. To be successful in this role, you acquire new qualified and experienced franchise partners to advance the brand.

The position will involve communication with the Department Heads and the Executive team with day-to-day involvement in the sales process.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive franchise sales strategy to achieve growth targets.
  • Identify key markets and opportunities for franchise expansion.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align franchise goals with overall company objectives.
  • Manage the entire franchise sales process, from lead generation to contract execution.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential franchisees.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective franchisees, providing them with information and support throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in franchise sales, preferably in the casual dining or hospitality industry. Hotel and QSR experience considered
  • Proven track record of achieving franchise sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of franchise operations, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with prospective franchisees and attend industry events.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bi-lingual is a plus.
