We are seeking a skilled and motivated General Manager to lead the team at a Fast Casual concept. As the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of the restaurant.

 

Responsibilities:


  • Operational Excellence: Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring adherence to food safety and quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff. Provide coaching and feedback to foster growth, maintain morale, and encourage exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Service: Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and ensure that every guest has a positive dining experience. Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and control costs, including labor, food, and beverage expenses, to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability. Prepare budgets, track sales, and analyze financial reports to make informed business decisions.
  • Quality Control: Uphold high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three (3) years experience as a General Manager in a fast casual or casual dining establishment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and safety protocols.
  • Proven track record in achieving financial targets and managing budgets.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in using restaurant management software and POS systems.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
