We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to help lead the team at an Upscale Seafood restaurant. As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, maintaining high service standards, and creating extraordinary dining experiences for discerning guests.


Responsibilities:


  • Guest Satisfaction: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest receives personalized attention and a memorable dining experience. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
  • Operational Excellence: Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and maintaining a luxurious ambiance throughout the establishment.
  • Team Leadership: Support and inspire the front-of-house and back-of-house teams, including hosts/hostesses, servers, sommeliers, bartenders, and kitchen staff. Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and provide ongoing training and development.
  • Service Standards: Maintain the highest service standards, ensuring adherence to fine dining protocols, including proper tableside etiquette, wine service, and menu knowledge. Lead by example and provide guidance to the team to consistently deliver exceptional service.
  • Reservation and VIP Management: Coordinate and manage the reservation system, ensuring efficient seating arrangements and exceptional guest flow. Proactively identify and cater to the needs of VIP guests, creating personalized experiences and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Quality Control: Uphold strict standards of food quality, presentation, and service. Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, cleanliness, and compliance with established procedures.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Support initiatives to drive sales and increase average check amounts.
  • Financial Management: Assist in monitoring and controlling expenses, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to meet financial targets and maximize profitability. Contribute to financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum two (2) years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an upscale dining restaurant.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional demeanor and polished appearance.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Extensive knowledge of fine dining protocols, service standards, and menu offerings.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
