We are seeking a Fine Dining Hospitality Manager to help lead our service team and daily operations at our high volume location.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead daily operations, including ordering, purchasing, receiving, storage, and preparation, alongside managing guest relations, business flow, and service standards.
  • Oversee all restaurant areas during business hours, engaging in various roles throughout the dining period.
  • Coach and recognize team members.
  • Interact with guests to build relationships, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Participate in manager meetings, crew meetings, and Manager-in-Training sessions.


Essential Skills:

  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management.
  • Comprehensive menu understanding, leadership abilities, attention to detail, and exceptional guest service skills.
  • Financial acumen, adaptability, resilience, and knowledge of health and safety standards.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of full-service fine dining management experience.
  • Demonstrated stability in previous positions.
