Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a positive and memorable dining experience.
• Operational Support: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment.
• Team Leadership: Motivate and support both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, fostering a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, and providing ongoing training and development.
• Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff activities to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality and service standards.
• Inventory and Ordering: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular counts, and place orders with suppliers as needed.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
• Sales and Revenue Generation: Support initiatives to drive sales and upsell menu items.



Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
