Position: Product Lead

Reports To: Head of Product

Location - Dublin ( 2 days a week on site Min)

This is a people management position.

I am looking for a Product Lead for a company based in Dublin who are redefining what normal looks like. My Client wants to build a high-performing team and we need high-performing leaders to make that happen.

As Product Lead you will be the link between the strategy definition and the product roadmap definition with the day-to-day execution.

Based on your experience you know what has worked well and what has not worked well in the past and you are keen to guide and support not just the team for which you are responsible but also more broadly within the business.

The Product Lead will be a SME to ensure that the company deeply understand the problem to be solved or the next opportunity on the horizon. You will bring that context back to the business to ensure that we are always working on “the right thing”.

You work with peers in development to ensure we are always best placed to capitalise on these opportunities.
