We are looking to hire an experienced Electrical Panel Wirer for our busy client located in Nottingham

Key tasks

Able to read and interpret electrical schematics and engineering drawings.

• Build/wire rack-based systems and associated parts to technical specifications and in line with project drawings and documentation with systems built within timeframes provided at the point of production handover.
• Maintain quality standards in line with Company procedures.
• Ensure wiring or mechanically assembled equipment is consistently produced to relevant drawings.
• Red-line any alterations to build documentation.
• Work in line with the project plan and build schedule as laid out by your manager.
• Maintain all documentation levels i.e. “Drawing Red line Mark ups”, Punch Lists and Time Sheets required by your department.

Role Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in panel wiring.
• Strong background in electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools.
• Suitably experienced apprentices would be considered.
• Understanding of basic electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Accurate and reliable crimping & cable termination (IPC620 desired).
• Must be diligent with good attention to detail.
