- Proficiency in Audio or Broadcast Engineering, or Customer Support in a Broadcast environment.

- In-depth knowledge of sound, audio, and audio control systems related to broadcast applications, from system to component level.

- Experience in processing service enquiries, providing onsite service, performing upgrades, fault correction, and commissioning of products.

- Familiarity with AoIP technologies and standards such as AES67, Dante, and SMPTE-2110.

- Understanding of networking, including IP/TCP/UDP/RTP/RTSP, LAN, and configuration of switches/routers (VLAN, ACL, etc.).

- Willingness and ability to travel worldwide on a regular basis.
